​How Do I Place An Order?

 

If you would like a custom creation made, you are more than welcome to either come to our store, call us at (951)296-1616, or e-mail us at JewelScene@verizon.net. There, we could discuss the details of your creation and get started to make your dream a reality. We take great pride in being personable, good listeners, and exceed your expectations in helping you in your design. We believe it's what separates us from the pack.

What is your Returns/Refund Policy?

 

Jewel Scene focuses on your utmost customer satisfaction. However, if you decide that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will accept the item in it's original unused condition with all paperwork attached within 21 days of the postmark of the initial package you received.

Jewel Scene does not take returns on special/custom items nor clearance items.

And all shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

What are your shipping rates?​

 

All Jewel Scene orders are shipped using United States Postal Service. Items ordered online will be shipped in gift boxes or a soft pouch to ensure that your item arrives safe, intact, and ready for wear.

At this time, Jewel Scene only ships within the United States.

What warranties do you offer?

 

Jewel Scene has a one year limited warranty for your items to be free from defects for one year after the day of purchase. Everyday damage or wear and tear caused to the item is not covered by the warranty. Jewel Scene's 1 Year Warranty covers the standard repair of your item at the jeweler's discretion. Please keep in mind that this is not an insurance policy and will not be considered as such.

Are you able to clean my jewelry?

Jewel Scene highly recommends having your jewelry inspected every 6 months to prevent any potential damage and to ensure the longevity of your jewelry. We also advocate for having your jewelry cleaned just as often. And of course, this service comes free of charge regardless of you coming in or mailing in your jewelry.

If you are mailing your jewelry for inspection/cleaning, we only ask that you pay for shipping, and Jewel Scene will match your price for return shipping.
